Explore marine conservation and ocean sustainability through the Australian film Blueback, based on Tim Winton’s novel.

These free classroom resources for Years 5–6 help students understand the importance of protecting our oceans and the life they support. Through film, discussion and hands-on activities, students develop ocean literacy, scientific curiosity and a stronger connection to Australia’s marine environments.
