To submit your project via online submission you will need to ensure that you have a copy of your project cover sheet (from your School Coordinator who can download a copy via their Coordinator Login). This cover sheet will include the project upload code and will need to be uploaded with your project files. Click here for more information about how to upload projects.

Electronic Project Submission dates for 2024 are listed below.

Please take a moment to read the information below. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to submit your project.

7 June - 28 June

22 July - 26 July

Models & Inventions and Crystal Investigation reports / risk assessments MUST be submitted online. Games - supporting videos may also be submitted.

*Please note: mp4 / video files will no longer be accepted direct to this website due to the size and difficulty uploading. All videos will need to be uploaded to YouTube (they can be uploaded as an unlisted video (not private) if preferred) and provide the link in your submission.

Please note: the website may be slow due to the volume of entries being submitted - we appreciate your patience. If you're unable to upload your project please try submitting your entry again later in the day and if you are still having problems contact the SASTA office with a note of the error you are receiving.

If you are having trouble logging in, please try copying and pasting the Electronic Submission Upload code from your cover sheet as this code is case sensitive.
