Electronic Project Submissions for the categories listed below will be open from Thursday 12 August – Thursday 19 August 2021.

Please note: the online submission for these categories is not compulsory for 2021, however this will be a requirement from 2022 onwards.

Please note: the website may be slow due to the volume of entries being submitted - we appreciate your patience. If you're unable to upload your project please try submitting your entry again later in the day and if you are still having problems contact the SASTA office with the error you are receiving.

If you are having trouble logging in, please try copying and pasting the Electronic Submission Upload code from your cover sheet as this code is case sensitive.

The following project categories may be submitted electronically in 2021:

  • Crystal Investigations (Reports only)
  • Models and Inventions (Reports only)
  • Games (Electronic Games or Supporting Videos for submission)

To submit your project via online submission you will need to ensure that you have a copy of your project cover sheet (from your School Coordinator who can download a copy via their Coordinator Login). This cover sheet will include the project upload code and will need to be uploaded with your project files. Click here for more information about how to upload projects.
