Photo / Video Policy at the Oliphant Science Awards Presentation Ceremony

At the Oliphant Science Awards Presentation Ceremony, parents are encouraged to take photos or video of their own children. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from sharing any photos or footage that contain other children on the internet or social media without obtaining permission from their parents. Please check your privacy settings on social media accounts to ensure that shared content is visible only to your intended audience.

Official photos and videos taken by event photographers will be available through a secure channel for parents who wish to access them. Additionally, any photos shared publicly on social media with the tag Oliphant Science Awards may be re-shared on our Facebook page. Thank you for respecting the privacy of all our students and their families.
