How to get started with your Science Writing or Multimedia project

Are you thinking about entering the Oliphant Science Awards but you're not sure where to start?

Asira & Anita have put together a video (below) that gives you an insight into their past winning entries and how they got started!

Asira's past two Multimedia entries have won first place and Anita came first place in Multimedia and second place in Science Writing. 

A couple of tips:

• Make sure you research your topic thoroughly for Science Writing so you can present the best argument or essay. The school library is a great place to start!
• Multimedia projects are perfect if you're more creative and also have a passion for science
• Pick a subject that you're interested in or currently learning about in class, it makes putting the project together much more fun
• Entering the Oliphant Science Awards can be extremely rewarding and fun!
