Electronic Project Submission dates for 2022 are listed below.

10 June - 1 July

Multimedia*, Science Writing & Scientific Inquiry projects and Programming, Apps & Robotics reports submitted online.

25 July - 29 July

Models & Inventions and Crystal Investigation reports / risk assessments MUST be submitted online. Electronic games or supporting videos* for Games may also be submitted.

*Please note: mp4 / video files will no longer be accepted due to the size and difficulty uploading to the website. All videos will need to be uploaded to YouTube (they can be uploaded as an unlisted video if preferred) and link provided.

Please note: the website may be slow due to the volume of entries being submitted - we appreciate your patience. If you're unable to upload your project please try submitting your entry again later in the day and if you are still having problems contact the SASTA office with the error you are receiving.

If you are having trouble logging in, please try copying and pasting the Electronic Submission Upload code from your cover sheet as this code is case sensitive.

To submit your project via online submission you will need to ensure that you have a copy of your project cover sheet (from your School Coordinator who can download a copy via their Coordinator Login). This cover sheet will include the project upload code and will need to be uploaded with your project files. Click here for more information about how to upload projects.

Please ensure that your file names are saved in a recommended format (Word, PDF, PPT) with your project information - we would recommend the following guide:
